Isfahan, Chahar-Baq blvd, Madar-shah Mosque, Abbassi Karvanseray, Hasht-Behesht Palace, Art bazaar, and other safavid heritage in addition to a client who now, in 21st century, wants to redesign his gold shop with concerns including uniqueness, limited implementation time, being economical, etc. formed the issue. The answer was making a, simultaneously, familiar and new space. In order to achieve this goal, we tried to revitalize the space character which was weakened due to low ceiling and disproportionate forms. Proportion, rhythm and motion, arcs and other items from the context led us to a module which became the response to our concerns. The module that was made from painted MDF panels, which were cut using CNC technique, formed the space geometry.
