Local business owners were forced to flee the war from their hometown. In their new location, PETROSSJAN Studio developed new standards for them to further scale the establishment into a chain. The studio proposed to keep a lot of open space and air inside the premises by organizing seating along the walls, where benches were built from hollow bricks. The wall tiles were bought on sale and hand-painted, while the walls and ceiling have been preserved in almost unchanged historical form: in particular, the wall behind the bar demonstrates the "cultural layers" of the construction processes of the last hundred years. The café offers a wide range of third-wave coffee drinks, author's confectionery, eco-wine and breakfasts.
