Concept
Set along the serene banks of the Chapora River in Morjim, Goa, this riverside resort is envisioned as a landmark destination blending quiet luxury with immersive natural beauty. The 4-acre site is framed by river views, sunrise vistas, and lush coastal vegetation which offers guests a holistic experience from arrival to farewell. Inspired by the surrounding landscape, the architecture features graceful curved rooflines, open air transitions, and thoughtful building placement to maximize views and airflow. Key spaces like the main building, spa, restaurant, and signature swim up suites are designed with a harmonious balance of lightness, privacy, and connection to nature.
Sustainability anchors the entire development, from solar panels and passive cooling to bamboo structures and natural materials like laterite stone and timber. The resort's spatial narrative flows through sculptural elements, water features, and verdant landscaping, creating a seamless relationship between built form and environment.
