The Global Green Trade Center is a member of the new class of multi-use mega-structures emerging around the Globe, which are 66-90% larger than those of the previous century. The GGTC is designed to be the Global Headquarters for planet Earth’s most notable new industry: Low-Carbon Technologies and Alternative Power Sources. Topping off @ 2200' above ground elevation, the GGTC rises on center of a 40 acre public park and straddles a tunnel through which a major avenue flows. The GGTC is simultaneously a symbolic and economically vital mega-structure containing twin magnetically levitated vertical wind turbines, 3 office towers, 2 residential towers, trading floors, a viewing deck, lecture hall, two ground level building lobbies with retail space, one sky lobby, private parking and city transit system direct access.
