*The objective
of the project:
1-Construct
the biggest athlete building in the world in terms of area and height Includes
two playgrounds for football and multi-purposestadium ) FootballQuintet, basketball,
volleyball and handball ).
2-This
project when completed will be a boom architecturalUnique and the largest
stadium and the first of its kind about The world.
3-The
initial idea for the project has been developed at end of 2008 .Now the project
is at the stage of preliminary studies, charts and Video display setting to put
forward the idea of the project and its components on bodies which will be
Interested in the implementation of this giant project.
*Components of the project:
1-
Two playgrounds for football fully covered and the other with a moving roof can
be fully covered to control the internal temperature .
2-
Each stadium accommodate about( Sixty
thousand spectators ).
3-
The Internal movement depends entirely between the parties of the project on
the belt Rapid access and lifts to ensure the rapid discharge of spectators from
the seats inside stadiums and even parking .
4- Futsal Stadium (basketball, volleyball and
handball) Accommodate approximately (twenty thousand spectators ) .
5- Two hotels on a high level of service which
can host Four sports teams at the same time for each hotel which can making the
project as a whole is capable to host the eight post sports teams, which means
the ability to accommodate two sets of the entire World Cup Inside a building
project.
6- A highest level of a service hospital for
physiotherapy .
7-
An advanced media center includes studios to broadcast the games and cover sporting
events held within the project.
8- About (forty thousand ) car parking .
9-
The height of the project is about (four hundred and fifty m) is accounting for
more than Half height of Burj Khalifa (Dubai),
(the tallest building in the world ).
10-
Integrated services project is located on an area of land about ( Seven
square kilometers ) and only area of the main building is about ( Two and
one-half ) square kilometers.
