Private building in Thessaloniki Greece. It is situated in the corner of
Giannitswn and Masaraki street. In this 2 facades field the owner wanted a
mix of apartments shops and offices to be designed. Our intension was to create
a facade that would start a dialog between the interior and the exterior. The ground floor is transparent in bothh streets so that peolpe passing by
can see the interior of the shops. As you move higher though the facade starts
revieling and hiding... depending to the interior use of the apartment. In
Masaraki street, that is more quit, apartments have their exterior spaces and
balkonies.The building is going to be constructed in 2 phases.The 1st phase will include an underground parking space, shops and office
spaces in the 1st floor.The 2nd phase will be the construction of apartments in the 2nd to 6th
floor.
