This project includes a mix street level retail and residential apartments that respond to the needs of a local group of retirees looking for alternatives within the mainstream condo market. The development features large units with an average area of 1400 sq. ft. offering a more spacious lifestyle to its older residents. A piece of the town's heritage is preserved with the renovation of the McGibbon Hotel, which also inspired the design of the lower floors that respond to the pedestrian friendly nature of Mainstreet Georgetown. The residential units hover above enclosed in elegant glass volumes, serving as beacons for the revitalization of the area.
