The concept of DBG’s food cart is rooted in the ability to adapt, reuse and reimagine existing materials and to push the boundaries of innovative sustainable design. Our aim with the cart is to promote the practice of cultivating, processing and distributing food in an urban setting. DBG hopes to embody into the design and construction of our cart a framework founded on a shared ethos of nature, food and community holism.
