Transformation of a 1920s triplex into a two-story, single-family residence. The concept of the new interior design was based on the addition of volume at the heart of the house that becomes the focal point around which different spaces revolve. In the entry, a pivoting panel covered by a chalkboard adds a playful touch to the room. The triplex’s existing wooden square structure is exposed in spaces, revealing its history. In this way, the site is modernized while keeping a touch of the past.-Winner of an INTÉRIEURS FERDIE award in 2007
