We developed a proposal for a farmhouse initially planned in the early 90′s for one of the largest infrastructure development companies in India. We looked at a sustainable way of lending a contemporary look and feel to the entire architectural language using elements like Bamboo cladding and Tensile structures for the circulation. The existing building was arranged around a circular central courtyard and had lot of negative unusable spaces, an attempt was made to combine and simplify the same.
