Porto, Portugal
Gallery Home aims to be more than a local hosting space plus a familiar place where the guest can feel at home. Located in Miguel Bombarda, one of the emblematic streets of Porto, where art, culture and history live side by side with the locals and those visiting the many galleries that are open to the public.
Today rehabilitated building found itself preserved by time, but with major functional gaps inside, characterized by a typical architecture of Porto, where he intended to keep all of that feature that marked an era, but carries it to the present day. An objective and simple intervention with a clean, modern image where art is present in the walls of the rooms (with background theme to the Port City) through the paintings, designed by renowned artists of Oporto and Lisbon, where the architecture, painting and decoration coexist in perfect harmony.
