This is a collaborative project with Moshe Tzur Architects. The shopping center is located in the historical part of Tbilisi and therefore, there were many challenges during the project planning and construction process. One of the challenges was the non-stop operation of the existing metro station which was in the project site plot. Considering Metro location one part of the building hangs on a truss system. Our involvement was from the initial stage of the project, both adapting the concept to local norms and regulations, as well as communicating with all project participants and solving cross-cutting issues, keeping the Moshe Tzur Architects informed at all stages and maintaining the main project line. As we have proficient experience in architectural supervision on construction sites, for this project our team was involved in supervision on site on a daily basis until opening.
