This Project is an urban development with a great and centric location on street Gabriel Mancera in the Colonia Del Valle and thanks to the building´s disposition and design which surrounds a great internal patio, a sensation of isolation and tranquility is created. The project´s main intention is the urban integration. The presence of this building contributes to the revitalization of the neighborhood where it is located. Basically its conception reflects the needs of the area and the spatial approach of the apartments.
This building of contemporary architecture dialogue and is respectful with the context as it is modern but unobtrusive. The individual and unique expression of its façade looks for an interior-exterior relationship to connect the users to the city and the building, they both coexist in harmony.
The apartments are characterized by flexibility and freedom to appropriate the space, allowing several possibilities of settlement. The apartments have from 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2½ or 3½ bathrooms, living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, illumination and ventilation patios. The penthouses and duplex apartments have also a services room and a TV room. The result is a minimalist space that radiates peace and order, which is stripped of all excess elements to avoid superficiality and loaded decoration items, creating a clean and pure environment.
Lighting plays a big role in the project. The materials were carefully selected in order to exploit the great natural lighting and views while opening the urban context to properly generate the feeling of life to which we referred to earlier. In conclusion, the apartments are the answer to the needs of its users and the city making a final product which combines the two.
The building has 4 access cores with an elevator and independent circulations each. The project has 42 apartments: 32 apartments of 104 m2 with a terrace, two duplex apartments of 119 m2 and 8 penthouses of 133 m2 with a terrace, garden and parking.
