STATUS
Concept
SIZE
1000 sqft - 3000 sqft
BUDGET
$100K - 500K
Concept for two townhouses on a small (less than 400 sq.m.) corner site in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

Existing single storey dwelling to be demolished and the brickwork to be recycled.
In addition the brickwork will be "enhanced" with some colourful full ceramic glazed bricks from PGH's vibrant range.

Both units will consist of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living area, naturally lit stairwell, laundry, bathroom, en suite, external storage shed, rain-garden, single garage, private open space.

Construction: Slab-on-ground, brick-veneer to ground level. Light-weight construction to first floor. Corrugated metal roofing. >6-star energy rating. Solar hot water and photovoltaic panels.

Bordering a busy road, the design intent was to invigorate the corner site into a local recognised "landmark" dwelling.
