Future use design addresses both cultural and technical propositions. Unlike traditional building programs of a fixed list of functional requirements, the program will be systems, their integration, their aggregation, and their adaptability.
Efficient transformation over time can be realized by integrating structural, mechanical, and energy systems.
This project, “Exterior Cores” organizes
the served spaces at the perimeter of the structural bay allowing for the maximum flexibility of the interior spaces.
