When developing the concept, the main task was to create a successor interior, which reflected the principles of the company's work that had already been laid down earlier:
- the principle of an open workspace in which all employees can actively interact with each other, while there is a conditional division into team groups;
- pay special attention to the technical characteristics of lighting equipment in the office, because proper lighting is one of the most important parameters for color perception
- special attention is paid to tactile materials that add comfort to work areas.
The central elements of the new space are inspired by the activities of Fusion Core and are its visual embodiment. The core, which includes auxiliary spaces equidistant from the workplaces, and serves as an acoustic obstacle between two equivalent parts of the office and act as a "Portal" to the space of the company's activities.
We can say that in this project we are developing the idea of the office interior further, and we begin to draw on this "canvas". Functionality and usability of space are the main thing for us, so we have created a kind of "materials designer" and an approach to its assembly, which will allow us to better visually read the purpose of the premises.
A bold coloristic solution is necessary to create a creative atmosphere. Places of color concentration are recreation and teamwork areas. Complex mint, coral and yellow accents have been chosen, which give employees energy in their work. At the same time, the office has a central core that transfers into an atmosphere of comfort and concentration, a homely atmosphere for fruitful negotiations. The metal portal embodies the company's activity – a journey into a new world.
The main working areas are made in calm and neutral tones. The furniture in the work areas is also monochrome. There are acoustic white island panels above the desktops.
Closed auxiliary rooms continue the motif of the "home office", including also textures of textiles and felt and wood to create alternative work scenarios.
