A three story atrium extends an existing mallway and organizes the new student entry, the fully fenestrated 18,000 sf library, 3 state of the art lecture rooms, 2 large executive lecture rooms with distance learning capabilities, a twenty-eight team room suite, two multipurpose rooms with a shared roof terrace, and three floors of Admissions staff offices. The large expanses of glazing strive to capture the serene natural landscape from the spaces within, preserving an environment where students stay to study, work and collaborate. The project achieved LEED Silver certification by the USGBC.
