Fujian Provincial Electric and Power Company
This 31-story headquarters for a regional
power company includes a 22-story communications tower. The building was
designed with a unique profile, representing a powerful flash of light as well
as the company’s high-tech nature. Thirty-one stories equates to a lot of
employees, and we didn’t forget the people who inhabit the landmark building.
In addition to the living suites for company executives, we created a grand
staff lounge that offers a space to rest and reflect. Designed in accordance
with LEED Silver standards.
