A global ad agency (FUEL is part of Chicago-based agency powerhouse Draft fcb) wanted strongly-branded space on a tight budget that would motivate employees, attract new hires, engage clients and convey success through a hip, creative presence. An early 1900's, loft-style industrial warehouse used FUEL's trademark "The Power of the Possible" to focus the aesthetic. On first walking into the space, a bright red wall lettered with the trademark provides Power. Sharp, energizing color accents provide Punch, while 1970's retro Marimekko wall fabrics and inspirational wall sayings provide Pop. Power, Punch and Pop bring the aesthetic to life. The eye-catching interior has been published internationally (Objekt, Ottagono, Hinge, OnOffice, Canadian Interiors, etc.) and has won 4 design awards.
