m ARCHITECTS worked with Frost Bank to expand their business in the Houston area. These locations include Atascocita, Braeswood, Spring Branch, Third Ward, Willowbrook, Tomball, Montrose, Richmond, Fulton, and Baytown. The banks utilize an open plan for the transaction area in the lobby with customer conference and waiting areas placed adjacent. The bankers offices, washrooms and other back of house programs are spacious yet planned efficiently off the main public areas. The projects required the architects to coordinate a wide range of consultants to suit the technology and security needs of a bank. The full integration of design and consulting services is required to meet an aggressive design and construction schedule as well as the unique demountable partition system used in Frost Banks.
