The original cottage did not have any particular stylistic identity: was it Craftsman or Modern or just plain California Ranch? A complete complete remodel of the exterior (window replacement, porch enhancement, embellishments, repainting, etc.) transformed this nondescript little house into an animated, classic gem.
The original Art Deco bathroom was gutted and replaced with a stunning, eclectic modern bathroom reminiscent of the time in which the house was originally built.
