This brownstone residence in Chicago was renovated for JJFD's enduring corporate client. The design has been established based on the client's desire to convert a turn of the century, two story retail building with cast-iron detailing and projecting corner oriel bay into a home for modern living for a family of four. Supporting the owner's minimalist aesthetic sensibility and expansive modern art collection, high quality materials and fine objects were used throughout the interior and exterior of the home.
