As lead consultant for MT Højgaaard, Holscher Nordberg, Architecture and planning has made the urban planning and designed 7 apartment buildings for an attractive site in the southern Copenhagen harbor area.
MTH put a great effort into making their high-quality 15.000 m2 residential development very attractive with great amenities – and SLA has planned a beautiful rolling and heathery landscape, giving the outside areas a truely maritime and beach-like vibe.
Due to the staggered arrangement of the buildings, all of the 145 apartments will have spectacular views over the harbor when construction is completed in the fall 2016.
