Project Description
FPT TELECOM is a leading telecommunications and Internet service provider in Vietnam, all over 3 regions of North - Central - South, with headquarter in Hanoi City, AfA Design is tasked with designing, developing ideas and building for FPT Telecom headquarter. The main goal when redesigning the new headquarter is to turn this office into a space that bring in feeling like home.
The office headquarter is divided into three spaces: the entrance hall, the function area and the personal working area. These areas are connected by the surrounding corridor space,. The image throughout the work is taken from the QR code symbol of the technology, based on which we apply it to the wall structures, floor ceilings, partitions and interior modules. In addition, the construction uses images and local materials that are close and familiar to breathe life into the design, images of terraces, images of rural markets, bamboo, soil and stone materials are also flexibly combined to create into living spaces.
We want to keep the personal workspace open, clean and simple with the main color scheme being black - yellow, without walls as well as separate rooms to show the culture of the group. We have used glass partitions with brand color decals so that all meeting rooms and training rooms are transparent but still have enough privacy. The desk is combined with green boxes, those boxes are also used to divide the departments instead of using signboards, making the workspace more interesting.
The goal is to create a dynamic and exciting space that keeps the company's culture in people's minds without making them uncomfortable. Through purposeful design, this workspace unifies the FPT Telecom team and allows the company to continue to innovate as a thought leader and culture changer.
