The separate blocks are clearly legible, with two being grounded, whilst the third is elevated, making space for a cafe on the ground floor. The separation between blocks also identifies the main building entrance, leading straight into the atrium. Visitors will enjoy the open environment of the atrium with intuitive orientation of constant visual connection between spaces. The material selection is simple, but elegant contrasting solid bookend walls against glazed facades on the outside, and a similarly simple palette on the inside emphasizing the open space and landscaping in the atrium.
