To improve the customer experience, provide a more efficient workflow, and meet Honda's current brand standards, DP Fox Ventures decided to renovate and upgrade their existing Fox Honda dealership. Fox engaged the Ghafari team to provide architectural and engineering services for this project.
The program, which was defined in a Design Intent Document developed by Honda, included a reimagined showroom, office, and customer lounge area. The project also renovated the entry tower element, facade, and the addition of an express service lane and oil pit. As the dealership needed to remain open during construction, we worked closely with the general contractor to devise a phasing plan. This allowed the business to remain productive while construction was ongoing.
With a new vehicle delivery addition, express service bay, updated branding and finishes, and all new furniture, Fox Honda is now positioned for more efficient and improved customer service for both new and existing clientele.
