The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago is known worldwide for its sumptuous design and top-tier hospitality. However, even this iconic hotel knew when it was time for a refresh.
The owners hired design firm Rottet Studio to create a new concept for the hotel, trading its traditional luxury for a modern, neutral palette that resonates more with the high-end traveler of today. When the owners needed an AOR for the project, they turned to the firm that had been playing the role for projects up and down the building that housed the hotel: OKW.
The comprehensive renovation included all of the hotel’s guest suites, its famed, 4,720 SF presidential suite, as well as its lobby, bar, restaurant, pool, spa, and public areas.
