1st Prize in a Competition of Design/Construction was opened in 2005 and since then it has been the host of the prestigious International Comics Festival.
Based on a constructive system of heavy prefabrication as a way to control the final quality of the finishing works, given the tight schedule available for its construction, it is an imposing building in the urban context in which it operates and it is even responsible for initiating the redevelopment of all hitherto unruly urban fabric process and guided by decontextualization. It has a gross building area of 15 800 Sqm and it is located next the New Facilities of “SMAS Brandoa”.
