OPERATIVE LAND.SCAPES _ The proposal takes into account the premise of OPERATIVE
LANDSCAPE *, that provides a set of strategies to a given project requirements
and existing conditions, which are less than a quarter of the site footprint.
The project is developed IN BETWEEN present conditions and required new
program, by strategizing its dimensions and location of the sports program into
the site and accounting the existing masses the outcome of the operation is a
sequence of PROGRAMMED BANDS that interact and mutate responding to the program
needs. Each band hosts the sport program and different types of vegetation
creating an overall patch work of the site and crossed over by a PROMENADE PIER_RUNNING TRACK connecting all instances while
bridging LAND.SCAPE/s and SEA.SCAPE/s
