STATUS
Built
YEAR
2000
SIZE
5000 sqft - 10,000 sqft
BUDGET
$50K - 100K
Partner: D. Cettour (Architect)

Located at Ingeniero Maschwitz, Buenos Aires, Argentina. An innovative residential-typology. Three pavilions (social, household, kids) interconnected through the core of the house (kitchen) that dynamically redistributes functions.

As well three patios with different denotations allows correlative expansions (service, private courtyard and public welcome).

Just one section and its variation meets all of the complexity.

A mezzanine in the intersection with a private studio keep on track their kids playing around.

Low maintenance and inexpensive materials was a requirement, to allow ultimate technology in imported Marvin's windows, due the fit budget.
