The design is contemporary, but with a warm Scandinavian touch, by using sustainable pine wood as the material for facades and roofs.
The house has a spacious layout, yet the footprint stays compact, providing maximum garden experience, even on a smaller plot. The long rectangular shape has been split into a ‘front’ and a ‘back’ house, connected by a ‘bridge’. The voids between the front and the back house thus become an entrance zone and a private patio, that opens towards the garden.
By orienting the main living areas around that patio, the house is bathed in light, air and space, while keeping maximum privacy with regard to neighbors. The house has a large living area in the front and luxury kitchen/dining area in the back; Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are available on the next floor.
