This project is a forest house that creatively tackles the challenge of limited light while living amidst the trees. We raised the living areas to the upper floor, allowing for optimal natural light while keeping the sleeping areas grounded. The design highlights the contrast between the geometric base shape of the house and the organic curves of the floating terraces. We used materials such as red copper with patina and concrete with wood plank texture to further accentuate the contrast. This unique forest house is blending modern architecture with nature’s beauty.
