Completed March 2009, the newly constructed Forest Creek Medical Center serves the greater Williamson and Travis county areas with specialties from A to Z. Though a multi‐use facility, the distinctive design houses unifying common areas, including dual floor welcoming lobbies, public restrooms, spacious corridors and exposed stairs. Pre‐construction design allowed the Owner/physician to pre‐lease each unit; therefore, each tenant space received a custom design to the individual practitioner’s personal specifications and professional specialty while still maintaining the Owner’s overall standards.
The main entry sits on the southeast corner of a rectangular building showcased by a glass lobby standing two and one‐half stories tall. Combination stucco and stone façade sides stand crowned with a metal roof. Generous parking awaits patients and visitors along the entire perimeter of the facility while reserved, covered parking accommodates the doctors and staff.
