Fordo tourist complex consists of commercial and restaurant sections on the lower floors and residential sections on the upper part. The morphological structure of Fordo in the outer part consists of a special cut and a flat wall parallel to the mountain road for restaurant and service sections and in another part of it, which faces the mountain view, it follows a staircase structure for the residential parts. This structure provides living space and views of the landscape in front of it and the back to the main road creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The confrontation of these two opposing structures, one of which is a definite and decisive cut and the other is a stepped and pixelated structure, will create two spatial atmospheres and the opportunity to face the project differently for two types of project audiences.
