Foot Locker relocated to a new building in order to create a modern and dynamic work culture for both their corporate and retail divisions and promote cross departmental collaboration. The new office's unique design seamlessly combines a sleek, corporate aesthetic with casual and playful features. The overall design elements were selected to be timeless rather than trendy. All three floors of the project have a consistent aesthetic with the same level of energy and interaction. Two "Promenades" of collaboration create a crisscross effect on the floors, and connect the north and south sides as well as the east and west sides of the plan. This concept breaks up a potential central "core" of offices and enclosed meeting rooms. In these main promenades, various types of open and closed meeting environments are provided, and the company image is displayed through use of branding and product showcases.
