The project is located in the villa of the Liangjiang Royal Garden in Longxing, Chongqing, with one underground floor and three floors on the ground. The owner has a family of three, and the child is small. I hope to give more companionship and care to the child. The designer takes "light" as the theme, shaping the intangible into the tangible. By opening a hole and sinking the outdoor garden, the designer provides ventilation and lighting for the basement, better interprets the harmony between the scene and natural light and shadow, and Outlines the concrete space with the flexible light and invisible shadow. Break the conventional layout, with open public area design, to create a peace of mind accompany, happy growth of living environment.
Taking into account the lack of light on the negative first floor, the designer integrated from multiple perspectives such as human comfort, relaxation, lighting and humidity problems. The structural transformation of the original building pattern is carried out. The migration line is the core cohesion function, and the transparent integrated space is supplemented by the spatial tone of texture. The front hall, atrium, back hall and two sides of the opening of the space are respectively illuminated to explore the nature of living, and provide the real sense of comfortable, practical and modern residence for the owners.
Multi-functional area for family interaction, kitchen, video hall, meeting room, climbing area... Space and space are open, extended and interlaced; Light reaches every area without boundaries or barriers.
With dark gray as the main tone, the dark wind design expected by the hostess is presented. Bright furniture becomes a pen to respond to the likes of children. Soft furniture materials and warm and friendly ground, flexible and changeable scenes, taking into account the needs of each user, create an independent and harmonious spatial relationship, and the journey of shadow is thus launched.
The bar is the owner's favorite family area, satisfying the husband and wife's love of wine tasting, and in the open space, it can also better communicate, making the wine tasting time more warm and loving. Presented in the form of an arc, like a soft and light "note", soothing the straight and hard lines. The light on the U-shaped patio changes endlessly, and the light is transmitted through the roof pool to the bar, forming a sparkling ripple.
The western kitchen also does the top light design on the side, and the light becomes the protagonist of the space design elements, changing over time, or bright or dark, tracing the vivid expression of the space.
The space is reconstructed in the way of vertical lifting and horizontal extension. In the limited volume, the space appears more open visually and brings more comfortable experience in the pattern and scale.
The overall elevation of the restaurant, so that the public area formed high and low dislocation, to achieve a unique functional zoning effect. Natural light is refracted in a unique form, the space has a multi-level change, light and shadow form interesting points, worth exploring points.
The first floor is the guest room area. The designer opens the atrium of the first floor and uses the elements of corridor in the residential design, so that the first floor directly forms a migration corridor, creating a pleasant atmosphere of winding paths, independence and interconnection.
The outdoor garden uses a sinking method to create a sense of enclosing, and glass around the shaped seating to create a water feature. During the day, the light hits the water, and the print shines on the negative first floor to form a shining shadow, making the interior space become smart and lively. As night falls, the warm yellow ground light is stained with the charm of the winding path.
Designing a climbing wall on the first floor as a parent-child interaction area can not only exercise children's physical strength and flexibility, but also cultivate a sense of balance and coordination, and release children's innocent freedom in an open space.
One wall dual-use design, integration of cloakroom and bedroom partition function. It not only makes the space more flexible and transparent, but also makes the function of the bedroom more private.
The second floor is a two-story duplex structure, because there are two levels of height, so the top surface is designed as a sloping roof design, which also echoes the structure of the attic. Skylights are designed on both sides of the bed to fully integrate natural light into the space.
