The prime areas for office administration and employee amenities have been planned around a centralized building orientation in order to ease work-flow and connectivity. The spaces that serves as contemporary amenities for employees such as 24-hour cafeteria, lockers, gymnasium, library, reading room, prayer hall, chill-out lounge and first aid room has been set amidst a vast landscape of greeneries and water feature. The centralized communal spaces are conceived as resort-like ambience for the employees to enhance their work-life experience, improve livability as well as creating a good quality work environment.
Passive design ideas such as natural ventilation and responsive daylight are taken into consideration at each building component of the complex to promote a more wholesome and holistic work environment.
Ample of greeneries and landscape areas within the pocket of the development areas has been created to provide visual experiences for occupants as well as to create a relaxed working environment.
The administrative office is conceived as an open plan concept to introduce a convivial working space rather than a structured setting. The double volume office work space brings in ample of natural ventilation. The high level windows placed along the northern side of the office area prevents extreme penetration of mid-day sun light but still capable to bring in adequate natural lighting. A mezzanine space over-looking the double volume space caters for office administration that requires privacy.
A bold and unique architectural structure with floating glass skylight roof flanked by solid walls on both sides at the main entrance adds a gesture of grandeur and a sense of welcoming to the whole manufacturing plant complex.
