Margulies Perruzzi Architects is currently working on the design of a new 160,000 s.f. office building in Norwood, MA. This class A office building will be LEED-Silver certified and will provide new office space for FM Global as well as facilities for a medical office tenant. Conveniently located on Route 1, the building will help to create an FM Global campus, allowing employees direct access to training facilities and other amenities in existing company buildings nearby. The building has four floors, and three primary entries including a covered drop off area for patients and will include a coffee shop and fitness center.
