FM Dental — İstanbul, 2025
FM Dental is the outcome of an interior design approach that balances functional requirements with spatial atmosphere.
The existing characteristics of the building were carefully studied; particularly, the geometry of the main staircase and the organization of the entrance became key elements that guided the design process. Clarity of circulation was prioritized throughout the planning phase.
The waiting area, examination rooms, and support units were connected through a layout that simplifies the relationships between patients, doctors, and staff. This approach not only facilitated daily use but also gave the clinic experience a more transparent and intuitive structure.
Material choices emphasized hygiene and durability while maintaining a calm and composed atmosphere. Natural light, light-colored surfaces, and measured detailing together reinforced a sense of trust and comfort for users.
The project demonstrates that healthcare environments can be designed not only through functionality but also through spatial aesthetics and experience.
