As global financial technology giant, Flutterwave gears towards an IPO after becoming Africa's fourth unicorn. The fintech startup aimed to cast off its nascent startup image and establish itself as a dominant player in the global financial technology market. To succeed in this, a key part of this transformation is solidifying its brand identity, forging strategic partnerships with stakeholders and potential investors, and nurturing internal collaboration to ensure long-term growth. To achieve these goals, we discovered Flutterwave partnered with Spacefinish to design a new headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria.
Spacefinish is one of Africa’s leading workspace strategy companies which specialises in the design and building of office spaces. Dedicated to driving business growth and innovation, the company approaches its projects with a human-centred focus. In other words, they consider the impact that their designs have on the performance of the individuals who inhabit the space and they track this impact through quantitative and qualitative research, using these insights to optimise for the future of work.
For this collaboration with Flutterwave, Spacefinish was tasked with creating a workspace that inspires creativity while prioritising comfort and practicality. The goal was to communicate Flutterwave’s values of excellence and forward-thinking vision that encourages long-term growth.
