We have been working with the Floyd’s franchise for many years designing multiple locations throughout the central Florida area. This particular location consisted of renovating a 50 year old building with extensive site and building challenges. With the help of City of Orlando staff and Commissioner Sheehan, we maintained the Floyd’s branding and complied with city ordinances and codes. This project received a City Beautification Award in 2013 for District 4. The award was presented to our client by Mayor Dyer and Commissioner Sheehan while MDC had the honor of accompanying them to this event.
