Floro

Przemyśl, Poland

STATUS
Under Construction
SIZE
1000 sqft - 3000 sqft
The building has a compact body in the form of free-flowing walls with numerous glazing. The roof creates a coating with an irregular "wavy" eaves, reminiscent of the shape of forms found in nature. The roof is enriched by dormers of the " eye" type, a high skylight above the living room (optional element) and a balcony that is a cut out of the slope.
The roof - it's difficult to define its geometry in a typical way, and not less than according to the composition of the construction scope, the minimum roof angle (25), and the maximum roof angle gives about 30º. There is also no typical ridge, but you can find it in a virtual arched line, it covers the roof, which is the largest point at a distance of 8 m from the adjacent ground.
The building's façade will be cover with natural stone. The scope will be made of the slate roof "in wild cover". The building has a lump, material and colors referring to organic forms, rather in nature than in urbanized areas, which classifies it as an object of organic architecture.
According to the built-up area, all these features therefore contain harmony with the surroundings, gently inscribing in the unusual formation of the building in the landscape, it should be natural.
