This project included the design of a three level visitor center in the city of Barquisimeto, Venezuela. The building that is call "La Flor de Venezuela- A flower to the World" was design and constructed for the international event call EXPO 2000 that was carried in Hanover, Germany in 2000 and then it was translated to Venezuela to become an architectural icon for the city and country. The interior installation included the repositioning and restoration of some remaining exhibition components for the "Culture" Level, the design and development of an ecological exhibition installations and sustainable design principles and the addition of a "Flora" Level. The structure is surrounded by thousands of plants and flowers, hundreds of fish in aquariums in the second level and several architectural elements for the exhibition of ecological and art work.
