Commissioned by Municipality of Groningen LYVR made the design for the new floating pavilion of Bureau Meerstad. The floating building will be docked in Meerstad in the coming years at several locations. The building provides office space, a sales center and public open terrace on top of it. The gross area is app. 750 sq m, and it is built based on as a modular construction system.
