Architectural concept of the Floating Mansion. The building is built on a modular prolymer pontoons system. Building is independent of external communications.
The construction system of modular pontoons will make it possible to build in hard-to-reach regions without construction equipment.
A unique feature of this project is a rocky formation around which the main architectural ensemble has been built. This piece of untouched nature is an important component for ensuring the strength of the structure.
To hold the structure in place, piles are used, which are screwed into the bottom of the lake. A special adjustable roller mounting system allows the structure not to be affected by rising or falling water levels.
The building will be equipped with a geothermal heat pump and solar panels. Garden on the roof will become a unique place for relaxation and meditation. The winter garden allow to grow fresh herbs and vegetables in the cold season.
