In keeping with the clients desire for a Vastu compliant house, the placement of spaces in the house are in sync with the plan of the Vastu Purusha Mandala (the ancient Indian science of orientation and placement)

Drawing room is next to the landscape keeping an interaction between indoors and outdoors with a feel of architectural interiors. Massive rustic finish columns rise to the double height cantilevered ceiling standing as a partition between the drawing room and the garden through which one can have a glimpse of the beautiful plantations. It has a huge mural placed on the wall imported from Bali, a cluster of blown glass chandeliers customized by our experts and a wonderful play of lights and colors for a comfortable feeling for the guests.

Living-dining area is the space that bonds the family by effective placement of furniture that helps in effective communication during leisure times. A gazebo is placed towards the kitchen which acts as a nest within a comfort zone for sheltering the dining. This double height space is well accessorized for all sorts of recreations keeping in mind all members of the family. Grandma can instruct the cook straight through the kitchen window while the little kids use it as a play area while laughing out loud.

Home theater is the real happiness zone to feed your soul to ultimate comfort and entertainment. Its a well placed area with theater screen, recliners, huge ottomans and lifestyle accessories to ensure good moods.

The whole project is the result of various in house experiments on the materials used such as hand-crafted veneers, paint finishes especially customized based on our tactile standards. Also other imported materials like laminam with an oxide finish used as an important element for the facade which helps in balancing the finished surfaces.

All spaces, big or small are well styled with accessories, lighting installations, niche sitting, wall paintings that help not only the design character but also give a reflection of the beings thriving in.
