The harbor front sites are the most attractive and expensive in coastal cities, yet the harbors are empty. The obvious fit would be anchoring floating spaces along the quays if it was not blocked by the landowners who don´t want their expensive view destroyed. Our solution is a piece of floating art, a metaphor of the long gone sailing ships, increasing both the view and value of the harbor front buildings. Beneath the large cylindrical sail is space for a media company, a theatre, a restaurant or an art gallery.
