The Flexsit bench is comprised of two basic bent aluminum pieces that can be set up in an infinite number of configurations. When unoccupied, the bench has a clean, crisp, modern look. When sat upon, the strips of aluminum flex to accommodate the human form, allowing for unprecedented comfort on a metal bench.Currently available for rent, the bench has been exhibited at the Architecture and Design Museum in Los Angeles, as well as previous use at the Tesla Motors showroom in LA, and UniqueLA. We are working with potential manufacturers to refine the design for production. This furniture will be ideal for a variety of public spaces, both indoors and out. From transit companies to municipalities and private businesses, our hope is to add 'comfortable' to the description of the public metal bench.
