The process for developing this project began with the search for a suitable site to host the start of an inciative of re population of the city that translates into a new urban dynamic. This building of 9 apartments acomplished the idea after being located in a consolidated area of the city. These advantage of being in the urban scrawl can be embraced by the people living here while moving to any place on the city by walking or corssing short distances, while being in a constat conection with the public space where his facade is directed. The idea of bringing back to life the park in front is a main concept on the building and the relationship with the public space remains in the design of the building.
