The school features a "pod" systems that allows to be used as multiple small schools within a large facility. Each Pod consists of four classrooms clustered around a student's "commons", also including a larger specialty classroom, tutoring small rooms and teacher's preparation, also toilets for each boys and girls. The "pod" clusters' wings are organized around the Main Entry, Administration, Library, Cafeteria and Gymnasium. Also centrally located are the Art, Computer Lab. and Science classrooms. High performance mechanical and electrical systems have proven to be a model of energy efficiency. Even though equipped with full air conditioning and being used the entire 12 months per year, its energy costs per sq. ft. are the lowest in the Town.
